Both brands are leading for skydiving containers worldwide. The Sun Path Javelin is known for durable build quality and a great fit. The UPT Vector is known as the most premium skydiving container suitable for all disciplines while being the most advanced in terms of innovation and design. In the end it comes down to what you like more and which one fits you better.

UPT shows container sizes as numbers after the V (e.g. “V306”). The V300-V310 series is their classic dimensions and sizes increase with numbers. The V314-V320 are versions with a flatter but longer container and the numbers around or larger than the V350 are larger container sizes suitable for bigger canopies. UPT shows the most important harness measurements on the TSO Label on the container (e.g. “17+1”). The first number (here 17) refers to the Main Lift Web (MLW) which is the webbing that runs over the side of your torso and where the handles are mounted. The second number (here +1) is the yoke adjustment. The yoke is the U-shaped section of the harness which runs from the back of your rig, over your shoulders, to your chest. +1 for example means that the yoke is 1 inch longer than the standard yoke.
